The Relics which can be crafted in this group are common across all professions. The Third group of Crafted Relics is BOA.These can be bought/sold/traded amongst characters and can be used on any Legendary Item level 61 or higher. The Second group of Crafted Relics is BOE.These can be bought/sold/traded amongst characters and can be used on any Legendary Item.
